60-day returns
You may return any Cleara order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free, there is no restocking fee, and no reason is required. Used kits qualify.
How to start a return
Email hello@clearabreathe.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label within one business day. Pack the kit, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return arriving at our facility, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. We email you when the refund is issued.
What is covered
- Cleara Camera Kits, used or unused, within 60 days of delivery
- Unopened replacement tip sets within 60 days of delivery
- Any order that arrives damaged or defective
What is not covered
- Returns requested more than 60 days after delivery
- Opened replacement tip sets, for hygiene reasons. If a tip arrives damaged or defective we will replace it free of charge.
Exchanges
To exchange an item rather than refund it, email us and we will ship the replacement once we receive the original. Shipping is free in both directions.
Damaged or defective items
Email hello@clearabreathe.com with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement right away. You do not need to return the damaged item first, and there is no cost to you.
One-year warranty
Every Cleara Camera Kit is covered for one year from the delivery date against manufacturing defects, including camera failure, a battery that will not hold charge, and LED failure. Email us with your order number and a description of the problem and we will replace the unit free of charge.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage from submerging the charging port, or normal wear on the stainless steel tips.
Order cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, please treat it as a return under the 60-day policy above.
